SHIPPING & BILLING 

ALL WIGS ARE SOLD AS IS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS ISSUE ON SELLER END. 

  • PLEASE  make sure your shipping and billing address is correct.

  • Ensure the credit card holder's name is written as is written on the card. If not, your payment will not process correctly.

  • We are not responsible for products that have been damaged after received. 

 

  • After your order is made it takes 3 business days to process, after it is processed your order will be shipped and should be received within  3-5 days unless express shipping is an option you choose. if you have purchased a made to order unit then 3-5 day shipping does not apply to you. all made to order wigs  orders take 3 business days processing before your  21-30 business days or ( 5-7weeks) to prepare and ship. this does not include holidays and weekends. This may vary during any sale period due to high demand of orders And may take 10-12 weeks  

  • Once your item is shipped and tracking number is given we are not responsible for your package. please contact the local delivery company that was used. 
  • PLEASE ALLOW 21-30 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON ORDER DEMAND FOR ALL WIG ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
  • DURING SALE PERIOD ! - If there is a high demand in orders then your order time may vary depending. As I work in the order of orders. If you order during a Sale shipping shipping times may vary and be longer as we work in the order of order. And can not produce at the same rate as no sale. If you do not want to wait there is a rush option. If you would like to have a update on your shipping time please reach out via email with your order#. ​​ there is no expected shipping date during sale period, which is why we offer rush.  If you purchase and would like to cancel for some reason during a sale you have 4 hours. After 4 hours there will be NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS! 

  • please keep in mind during major sale period there is no eta given as all orders are fulfilled in order. 

  • WAITING - if you purchased during a sale or regular made to order shipping time & do not want to wait you can ADD a rush fee and have your order skipped and fulfilled immediately. 

  • YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT ANY TIME ONCE IS PLACED. 

  • Processing occurs Monday-Friday, if your order is made on Friday it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
