A state ID is required to pick up and the name must match the order.Â

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO READY TO SHIP WIGS AS THEY ARE ALREADY MADE. THE SIZE OF THE UNIT LISTED WILL ALWAYS BE LISTED THE DESCRIPTION. YOU MUST KNOW YOUR HEAD SIZE TO DETERMINE IF THAT SIZE FITS. ( please refer to size chart on home page.)
• if you select the incorrect size when ordering a custom. Please reach out within 48 hours to make changes to your size. If your wig does not fit due to selecting the incorrect size. You will not be refunded we will not be remaking it unless a resize fee is paid.Â
• if you purchase a ready to ship That does not fit after receiving in the mail. We will not be remaking/ resizing for free. Measurements are in the description of the wig if you choose to disregard that will not be our fault. You do have the option to pay a resize fee and have it deconstructed & then reconstructed.Â
*Â Buyer must sign for package to receive their package. Due to COVID-19 sending products back to me is not available. If you have already altered a product after receiving discounts, refunds, exchange or credit is NOT up for discussion.Â

NO RETURNS! Unless there is a issue/mistake on our end.Â
 •Returns must be shipped back to us the exact way it was sent unaltered. Meaning unworn, played in (keep in mind unit has to be resold.) Lace must be NOT be cut, ripped, or torn. Unit must not be stretched, cut. All bundles must be in place. Once we receive the item back and it inspected your refund will be issued. refunds take 5-7 business days depending on your back. - If there is an issue with your order please send us a detailed email, explaining your issue. Allow up to 24-48 to receive a response on the next steps.Â
• if you would like any changes, fixes or corrections made. A free label will be provided to return your unit for fixes. Unit will be fixed until it is to the customers liking/ satisfaction. As our units are investments and will last up to 1-2 years with proper care. we want all our units to be luxurious. - if there are any issues with the unit, allow the wig maker to fix any issues before refunds are issued. Unless told otherwise.
- I’m no case will you be able to keep your unit/product and receive a full refund. One or the other, we will not issue any refunds until the item is returned.Â
- CHARGE BACKS/ DISPUTES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. & Will be banned from ever purchasing with us again. All policies must be read before moving forward with any purchase. If you purchase I will assume you read the policy.Â
- IF YOU MUST CANCEL AFTER 72 hours OF ORDERING YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A PERCENTAGE OF YOUR ORDER BACK. DUE TO ALREADY MOVING FORWARD WITH YOUR ORDER. AFTER 3 days we will not accept cancellations.Â
