made to order units take 8-17 business days or sooner  (depending on order demand) to be prepared and then shipped . orders may be done sooner this is a time frame estimate for all orders.

Head measurements are needed for a perfect fit. if you do not know your head size. please refer back to our home page at the bottom of our website is a size chart. Instructions listed on how you can take your head measurements. you can select small, medium, large or XL. If you do not provide a size your wig will be made with a standard medium 22.5 cap.

•All custom wigs are sewing machine made on a mesh dome cap , includes adjustable elastic band & wig combs attached. If your wig style is not specified I will pick. 

* ALL POLICES MUST BE READ BEFORE PURCHASING. ( see full policy..)

2-4 day Rush orders: 
•. Rush option is available to anyone. However all wigs are not available for rush. You must speak with me to move forward with any rush orders. Rush fee is added to your wig balance- & varies between  $50-$100 depending on season or holiday.

•we do not accept cancellations after 3 business days of placing your order. We do not accept cancellation because you do not wait. There’s is other options available to avoid any wait times. 

•NO REFUNDS!

Holiday/ Sale period- during a sale period shipping times can be longer due to high demand. All order are  fulfilled in order, & can take up to 3-5 weeks If you do not want to wait, please do not purchase during a sale or add your rush fee to avoid wait time but still get discount. At any point you can inquiry about our rush fee option to avoid waiting, you may NOT cancel you order after 3 days.
